Fiadh (Scottish Gaelic for "deer") is a hand forged skinner ideal for dressing its namesake. This knife, hand forged from 1095 high carbon steel, has been differentially heat treated. This results in the beautiful hamon (temper line), a sign of an exceptional blade that stays sharp. The handle is Ziricote ( Cordia dodecandra ) with copper pins.
